As the Business Analyst, some of the roles and assignments include the following Reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy, generating purchase orders, generating and distributing check registers, general ledger, and financial statements, accounts payables, budgeting and forecasting, financial and variance analysis and other duties as requested relating to this role. Strong articulate communication abilities are a must for this role, as the business analyst will be managing communication with vendors, clients, warehousing and more. Excellent interpersonal skills and the expertise to interact with a range of people in a collaborative manner is essential to the success of the chosen Business Analyst. The Business Analyst for this role must be able to commit to a full time schedule and also be available for overtime based on business needs and demands. Qualifications 5 yrs of related skills in facilities property management as a business analyst financial analyst. Excellent communicator with both strong oral and written skills. Business Analyst must have the expertise to interact with multiple levels of management, vendors, contractors and employees. Advanced skill levels in Excel, SAP, JD Edwards. Familiarity with internal electronic ordering systems.
